OPTION A: Send Website Information (Preferred)
- Provide your name with a brief introduction, along with a link to your website/URL
containing images, contact information, artist curriculum vitae and artist statement.

OPTION B: Email Images
- Attach 4 to 6 titled jpeg images, each less than 100 KB.
- Please include the following information in the body of the email, or attached in .doc, .rtf'
or .PDF format:
- an image list which specifies titles, dates, media and the dimensions of each work.
- a curriculum vitae and artist statement
- contact information
The email should not exceed 1 MB.

OPTION C: Mail/Drop Off
- If sending via mail or dropping off in gallery, we will accept printed photographs
of no more than 12-24 images along with image details, curriculum vitae and
artist statement.
- Clearly label package "portfolio submission."
- CD-ROMs are acceptable, however, please ensure images are no larger than 300 KB each
- Bound submissions are not encouraged
- Provide a self addressed stamped envelope for the return of materials. Portfolios that do not include
a self addressed stamped envelope will not be returned..

Please do not call about your email submission. Due to the volume of submissions received, we will only reply back if there is interest in seeing more of your work.
